HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Simply click the tracking link in the email to view real-time updates on the carrier’s website as your package makes its way to you.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We work hard to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check all details carefully before completing checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it provided it is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and not marked as a clearance item.
Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue you a store credit that never expires, which you can use anytime to purchase any item or select a different size.
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our most popular items are often restocked within a few weeks. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page so you’ll be alerted as soon as it becomes available again.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS — CAN IT BE FIXED?
If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. However, once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
